Hello,
The common problem of many of my clients is how they gained weight even though they did not eat. The other sentence that I often hear from my clients is the statement “I don’t eat that much”, after the diet list was given.
In fact, one of the problems is that the “main meal” is eaten little or not at all. Not eating main meal, especially eating low-protein, can easily empty the stomach and cause the feeling of hunger again. People who make this mistake, since they are hungry for a long time (they may not notice), their blood sugar decreases and they start to consume carbohydrate-weighted products in the next stage. Sometimes they may consciously avoid the main course to consume sweet-sugar-pastry products.
Another problem is to stay hungry for long hours. If the time between lunch and dinner extends from the busy work schedule, most people can consume whatever comes before dinner. In another case, they can eat whatever come before them as a snack after dinner.
In fact, you may be consuming food that comes to you like small portions but rich in calories, and you may not be aware of it.
Your eating hours may be wrong.
You may be starving yourself by noticing or not.
